Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL) is a university and a constituent college of the federal University of London. It has three faculties, 20 academic departments and c. 9,265 undergraduate and postgraduate students from over 100 countries. The campus is located west of Egham, Surrey, 19 miles (31 km) from central London.
Royal Holloway is ranked 31st in the UK and 197th in the world by the Times Higher Education World University Rankings for 2018. Royal Holloway was ranked in 30th place in the world (9th in the UK) for 2016 in the category of “International Outlook”.

There are no classes at the International Study Centre on Wednesdays, giving you the opportunity to join sports clubs and societies at the University. This is a traditional part of the university experience, giving you some extra free time when you can explore the campus.
If you have a unique interest but can’t find a dedicated society or club for it, you can start your own. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop transferrable skills like leadership, organisation, time and people management, and problem solving. Such an experience where you have showed initiative will benefit your career development and impress employers.
